			<description><![CDATA[ My landlords wife has mercury poisoning due to too much fish consumption. She started a rigorous (in that she does it a lot) yoga routine and has seen a
drastic improvement in her condition. Predominantly her coordination. I&#39;m not a doctor and these aren&#39;t medical facts, just passing the info along for

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m still not inclined to regular asana practice (much as I sometimes wish I were.) But I&#39;ve kept on playing with my breath.

Sometimes one obsessive way of doing it will work for awhile; then that loses its flavor &amp; becomes another unnatural compulsion to be discarded. But I feel

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>So I have been using a prayer for my meditative practice recently.  This is a change for me since I have usually used just my breath during my meditation
sessions.  About a month ago I picked up a book by Eusawaran (spelling ?) that discusses a method he teaches in which prayers are used as ones fundamental
focus.
