Although I've taught yoga to children for four years now, in just a few weeks I'll be teaching my first ever adult classes, and I'm very nervous! A room full of kids I can cope with, but adults? EEK! Help! Did anyone else feel nervous when they first started adult classes? And does anyone have any tips for getting over it?

Would welcome any help you can give me.

Two of the people who want to come to my over fifties class have told me they have back problems - one has previously slipped a disc (although she hasn't slipped one in a long time) and the other says she has problems with her lower spine. Added to that, one of them is also on medication for high blood pressure.
