for Thanksgiving. Today was the day that all the turkeys were delivered. I already have plans for Thanksgiving, so I did not need the turkey. I knew that there

			<description><![CDATA[ These days I am enjoying life. I  wake up in the morning usually around 500 am with a prayer. Then I move into a thirty minute vinyasa flow and a five minute
meditation.I enjoy doing yoga first thing in the morning because I feel that it sets the pace for the rest of the day. I like to take a couple of minutes to be
still outside first thing in the morning to hear all the sounds of nature at the most quiet time of the day. I usually stand outside, drink a cup of tea,

			<title><![CDATA[ Pine Needle Tea ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;d heard about infusing pine needles to make tea a long time ago, and only recently tried it after a little research. Apparently any needled evergreen
species will do, and each, reportedly, (I&#39;ve only tried one so far)  has a distinctive taste. The only poisonous evergreen is supposedly the yew. Even
hemlock is ok; I learned that the hemlock evergreen is not what they used to kill Soccrates, but rather a deciduous plant by the same name.
