I finally decided to take the plunge and do a full-out 200 hour teacher training. I&#39;m doing it at Yoga on Main here in Philly, where I&#39;ve become more 
and more at home due to my involvement in the kirtan scene. They also do a training that is in a very gentle, Deskichar style tradition...( it was orignally

You frequently mention meditation in the hot tub. I tried that yesterday evening, and didn&#39;t get that deeply into it. But the idea seems to have potential
because of the wonderfully relaxing immersion in hot water and also the buoyancy which takes most of the load off the spine in a seated position. Do you
generally try to get in a seated position, or just lounge back into one of the chairs? Jets and bubbles, or still quiet water? I know these are silly
