Hello Everyone! This is my newest YouTube video. My computer decided to keep heating up and just would not be quiet, so I'll ask that you please forgive
the awful sound that kicks in during my commentary at about the halfway mark. And, also, clearly I do not know how to make a good quality video, so it's
fuzzy. But other than this please lemme know what you think, I'd love to hear from you..

I am finding it hard to get my breath flowing smoothly during asana practice. I try and use the ujjayi breath when going through each posture and if I'm
in just one position I can breathe into what I am doing ok, but it's not that great. Where I get most difficulty is during my sun salutation. My first SS
will go really smoothly and my breath flows nicely but the more I do it, the more out of breath I become until I'm almost gasping on each movement.

ujjayi on the inhale is said to create negative pressure in the lungs. So does external kumbhaka (external breath retention), which is not recommended to be
done for long periods either. The reason is because the lungs are not designed for long term negative pressure (vacuum), and it can be unhealthy. .

This does not mean we avoid all negative lung pressure. We use it in uddiyana and nauli. It can happen...

When I do not strain myself at all, a round of 1-2-2 takes slightly less than 50 seconds and with some extra effort in prolonging all 3 parts it takes me about

First you start inhaling with the right nostril and exhale with the left one and then you inhal with the left nostril and exhale with the right one.

I've tried this but I found it extremly difficult. I can do this only three or four times before I feel to run out of breath.
