			<description><![CDATA[ This might sound ridiculous to ask.  Perhaps I simply need reassurance during this time.

I have been going through a lot (although anticipated) physically.  (3 intense surgeries in a very short time).

Post surgically, each time, I have obviously had to pause my Asana practice for a time as I have had thousands of internal stitches.

However, During the recovery from my first surgery (which ended up being several months and infections later...) My meditation practice took deeper... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I need some advice. I&#39;ve been really diligent in the asanas practice, but my meditation time leaves a lot to be desired.

I have not set any time aside for that and it feels as thouh I&#39;m avoiding it.

Firstly I&#39;m not sure what to expect.

Secondly I&#39;m not sure what I&#39;ll find. If I said I was kinda scared would that make any sense?

I really enjoy the practice and the physicality of the Yoga, but am unsure of the rest.

			<description><![CDATA[ I had the coolest dream last night, prompted (I think) by a conversastion with my husband about our health coverage: I was part of a hospital program that worked with a patient's mental response to any form of sugery; I would lead a patient (or a room of patients) through a guided meditation on self-healing while their anesthesia kicked in, as well as during their awakening stages.  Some of the patients could even do some poses while in the hospital beds...  how cool is that???  Does anyone... ]]></description>
