early this morning i was with a group who came together to chant Long Ek Ong Kars for 2.5 hours
commemorating the birthday (80th) of Yogi Bhajan.

a beautiful vision unfolded.
i could see planet earth from a distance
and i could "feel" how the vibration we were sharing together
was helping to heal and support our planet.
it was truly awesome.

when we were done chanting we all
laid down absorbing/resting

I just spent my first weekend with Erich at Kriplau. I have been a teacher for 11 years and have always wanted to study with him. The weekend was AMAZING and was more than I had ever imagined.
