I recently purchased a WS 320M Olympus recorder to facilitate recording my live classes with the intention of burning these files to CD for my students. Do you use spreadsheets to keep track of things in your teaching of yoga students? All I do at the moment, is keep names, addresses, emails, join date that type of thing.

Any other ideas out there for keeping track of stuff, and what type of stuff do you keep track of?
