			<description><![CDATA[ I have maintained a pretty focused yoga practice for the past 7 years, and I love what it does for me by way of calming the mind, better physical and emotional balance, increased flexibility, better posture, more awareness of breath, and to some degree strength and at least for certain muscle groups more definition.  I can't imagine another &quot;workout&quot; activity that yields so much.  Weight-training also offers benefits: greater strength, greater muscle mass, increased bone density.... ]]></description>

Feels like you are giving yourself a deep tissue massage and working a bit with your core. A great compliment to yoga. The teacher, Yamuna Zake is from NY and developed it. You use different sized balls and its so hard to describe but amazing! I am thinking of going to a training just to learn more about it (not necessarily to teach it) I highly recommend it.
