I love that I am always provided for....especially when I left my keys in the car door overnight and they are still there in the morning...
I love that I commune with my still, small voice
I love that I am learning to love even when situations appear terrible, frightening and really scary ...( like loosing my job )
I love that my neighbors are meditating and invited me to join them....

Mmmmmmmmmm....yummy! My fave of all teas is licorice...I can only guess how rich and wonderful the addition of anise and fennel would be. Must go investigate that tea!

A few years ago I took a workshop with Tara Brach. She taught this meditation...it is so lovely, when she taught the class there were about 200 people in the room...the murmer, energy, sniffles, laughing....everything was so vibrant...and so loving.
