        <![CDATA[ Greeting to my fellow posters. . Well, I am a student. I am facing problem of
concentration for past 1 year. I cannot able to concentrate on my studies even for 10 minutes continuously. Consequently my educational performance is
degrading day by day. Anyone can give me some meditations/exercises, which can help me to let me concentrate for few minutes at least. Thanks in advance.

but dont worry, all u need is a daily routine/schedule.

Plan ur studies. dont leave any subject untouched for any day.
<br>
atleast 1 hr study to each subject will do the trick.
<br>
well if u cant study at night try waking up early in the morning eg. 4:00 am or 5:00 am.
<br>
Dont compromise with ur sleep. u need it as well as studies.
<br>
1 way in which u can study at night is just sleep for 1 hr. in the afternoon. i hope it will... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I have found stretching before studying helps relax me which helps me study. I love the smell of a fresh clean room, So I completely clean the room as if I
were doing a spring cleaning. I love the smell of lemon so I use lemon pledge and pinesole where applicable. Then I buy three or four of my favorite type of
candles. Something about having it cleaned out helps clear my mind of the clutter (out with the old in with the new). Soft music usually helps me study too (I
