sounds like the issue must be with the computer or settings there
on your laptop...
not exactly sure how to troubleshoot it
but i think u're narrowing it down for sure
and so it probably is more a local issue than an ezboard issue
from what you stated above

I'm finally getting into the new computer. It's fast! Love it. Still learning Vista and feel a little like a toddler relearning all this stuff. It is taking forever to get things set up. I still have to get my old files loaded onto the new hard drive and need to load up all my graphics software. my friend troy was able to fix all the "UCK" on erich's site and fix all the links and put the picture back in the middle
i'm pretty sure he cleaned it all up and made it pretty 'bullet proof'

I have a computer again. My files will be restored on Monday night. I will be able to fix any little issues going on then. Let me know if there is anything I can do. I am sorry I was out of commission right at the worst time, but my new computer is going to be a huge improvement over my old, very very slow one, and I think I will be more actively involved again when my computer runs so much faster.

since facebook changed their layout and presentation
i've found it harder to be there
too visually cluttered and 'hard' somehow

in the past couple of months at least three or four
people i know have been 'hacked' and i get emails saying to click
link 'x'

pretty hard to understand why anyone would find motivation in
causing harm
strange way to a power rush

Here's how it happened to [John] Clampitt- a friend sent him a video on Facebook that he just couldn't resist checking out.

Clampitt says, "I received an email that had a "hilarious video" that i was a part of - so I couldn't help the temptation."

But when he clicked on it, it wouldn't open, and locked up his entire system.
