What a Yum.
Just made almond milk with added cardomon, dates, and rosewater...
Just had a glass...it's beautifully, texturally, frothy when fresh made...
Just soak a handful of almonds overnight, rub off the skins, toss in the blender with water, a couple of dates, a sprinking of cardomon, a splash of rosewater (or whatever flavors you favor), Whir....strain (or not) through cheesecloth.
My pitta is chillin'
