This is a fantastic movie. It's based on Dan Millman's book. Nick Nolte plays a great part in it. Here is the trailer.

I finally rented Peaceful Warrior. I watched it with my kids. I'd like to watch it again with my hubby, when he's home. I remember Shakti Das spoke
so highly of it and have wanted to see it since.
Thanks Shakti Das, Ma

Yeah!
Peaceful Warrior is such a great display and affirmation of what can be done when/if we learn how to break the habit of thinking inside the box. How much of our daily practice is dedicated toward breaking up old rigid patterns encapsulated by pre-existing body/mind dynamics, then allowing us to "get down" into transpersonal alignment that further allows access to the spontaneous and natural flowing expression which truly inspires and supports us! In the movie Nick Nolte plays the pivotal part of Socrates. Do each of us get to meet Socrates or is he inside us yet to be awakened? Does this represent the
critical thinker, the outside the box entityt?

The film's tone is indeed mystically propelled, but while these elements seem far fetched, the sheer depth of commitment by the cast make us overlook that.
