tropical smoothie
1 banana (i cut it up and freeze it so it adds to the frozen slushy texture)
frozen mango chunks (whole foods or trader joes)
frozen pineapple chunks (trader joes)
1 container of pineapple coconut yogurt (the organic wallaby yogurt at whole foods - i've also done it with a lemon yogurt)
vanilla soy milk.
it's soooooooo yummy and creamy.
berry concoction
2 plus cups frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 frozen banana
1 container vanilla yogurt
pomegranite/blueberry juice
vanilla soy milk (if you want it a little creamier)
what a treat in the summertime!
