Being Grateful and Moving with Grace

What does it mean to be grateful for your existence? In this workshop we will explore the way we move through a sadhana (practice) creating an intention
focused on being thankful for each breath we take while paying close attention to the transitions between asanas (poses). This healing vinyasa oriented sadhana
will be rooted in the Earth element for grounding and connection to our planet, the Water element to help restore our natural rhythm, the Fire element to
transform stagnant energy and uniting all movement with the element Air.
Chakra Flow

Recharge and open the subtle energy centers of the body. The seven chakras run from the base of the spine to the top of the head. In this workshop we will flow
through a series of asanas aligning movement to breath emphasizing balance to the chakra system. We will work to create space, facilitating the removal of
blockages and letting prana flow freely. Relax and clear a path for creating and receiving energy.
Warrior Flow
Sunday 11/30/2008 - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
A warrior must be present, strong and focused. This workshop is about staying present and fierce, yet calm and cool in the midst of fire while holding an
intention of Peace. We will study the duality of alignment in the warrior set of poses and then put it all together for a challenging Prana Flow. Our aim will
be to balance the mind/body connection for ultimate pranafication that will allow us to listen clearly to BIG MIND for guidance. The sadhana will take us
through a roots inspired musical journey that will include both solar and lunar aspects of yoga.
