There are plenty of routines for morning stretches, but not so many for before bedtime. Sometimes a person needs some serious tension relieving poses - but
too many might be overly stimulating. I'm having a hard time coming up with about 6-8 poses that could be done in about 10 minutes before bed. Any
suggestions?
I think a standing forward fold is nice, and some sort of a twist for sure. Would Down Dog be too stimulating?
