i have been looking forward to Erich's training for 2 years. when each friend had something else to do, when everything was screaming "she would love
it", still i was incredibly anxious about taking my 7 year old with me. as soon as i saw Carol in the same room during orientation my heart expanded and
i felt my center breathe for the first time since giving birth to my daughter. even so, my nerves only stilled when the loving acceptance finally filtered
through my english sensabilities and allowed me to enjoy Elisabeth's teachings as much as Erich's. Each morning we would take a short walk to find
Erich some stolen wild flowers. Each evening we snuggled secure in our renewed sense of love. she learned the mantra BIG MIND before me, she was quiet and
attentive for FOUR hours. most of all, she wrote (in her empty journal i had bought in a desperate effort to get her to love writing) four pages full of the
phonetic truths of a young girl with an old soul. thank you to everyone in the training, to Erich (mmmmmmm) and to Exhale studio for bringing me to the
crossroads of my life now.

What a gift to give a child. She will give the gift to herself, to you, and to people she meets forever. It will be fun to watch this generation and how they meet life.
