Wave and the Ocean
so soothing...so wonderful...It really smoothed out my energy, I wasn't expecting it to impact so much, as I thought I "knew" everything about it... especially- erase the notion of getting rid of yourself, you will not get rid of the "I", you'll just have a clearer experience of the "infinite I" Feel so malleable, Thank You. |

Hi Erich,
I just want to express profound gratitude for the gift of your audio clips. I particularly find myself gravitating toward them on Sunday mornings when the world slows down. Sundays with Erich.... I listen to you while I drink my coffee. Your humor never fails to crack me up--I laugh out loud--and I nod my head and smile as you tell me what I already know, but don't have the words to say. 
My Camp Allen experience continues to work its magic, since my return I've been dedicated to seated meditation along with my regular asana practice. For the first time (after various fits and starts over the past ten years) I am truly enjoying it. On some fundamental level, hearing your voice and taking in your words, and also that which is unsaid, helps me to relax and trust, it tweaks my reception, my tuning in. So, teacher, thank you for this wonderful gift.
