new posts will have the meditation icon squiggly guy next to them in the topic and sub topic i do not know of a way to have each indiv. message noted though

So, what you want to do is select Mark All Read. Next time you come on, you'll notice that only some topics have a stick figure lotus person next to them.
Those are the ones with activity since you last visited. The individual new posts are not noted, but once you get the hang of it you will have read the most
recent posts and be able to figure it out.
