I'm sad Robyn won't be here. I am also sad to have just found out the orthopedic doc here now recommends surgery on my clavicle.
At my appointment today he found the broken parts of the bone are moving around more today than a month ago, not good. "Non-union," he calls it. How non-yoga is that? I've been doing yoga, he recommends not so much as a down dog now. Carie, I open myself to you for modifications during Erich's week, I am really in shock right now. And turn for assistance.

Hey Babs,
I'm so sorry your clavicle is resisting unity... I do want to say , though.. I don't know if you remember last year, I fell in a hole and sprained my ankle.. ( granted not anywhere near as severe as your injury).. but I did find that it was very cool just watching E and everyone else practice. Usually , I don't like to watch anyone else in classes... I close my eyes a lot, and even when they are open, I don't like to focus on others. So it was a different experience and I really learned a lot from it. Also did some really yummy restorative stuff too. Sending love to your poor collarbone... And don't forget the bhakti! Jai ma jai ma jai ma.... |

Thanks, Marianne, I do indeed remember your sprained ankle, in fact I thought about staying in your yurt this year...decided on Lakeview Tent instead...just
cuz.
So much good advice. I will remember. And I can do lower body stuff and standing poses (just can't extend my right arm for long). I wish you were going to be here! You, too, Robyn! xxoobb |

I just read about your clavicle....so sorry to hear! But just like Marianne, I spent one low key week with E and the circle, just five weeks after knee surgery...it was awesome....lots of listening to my inner wisdom...what is perfect now. Not long now!!! Love to all. shewhosmiles |
