Before I left home this morning to go to class, I received an email from a friend who was planning on being in the class asking that the class be life affirming and anxiety relieving and that we do lots of heart opening backbends. We didn't do as many backbends as I would have liked, but this is what I talked about. Enjoy! Now that Im here it still is providing a vibration that has helped to stop the incessant negative chatter that so often happens when we are confronted with situations we dont want. Its more about changing how you look at things, to quote Wayne Dyer "When you change how you look at things, the things you look at change". I'm finding that what you say about intuition is also very true as well. When I was talking with a really close firend just yesterday we got into a conversation about spirituality and religion and when it had come to a close we were speaking about how when we all line up with our different ethnicities and backgrounds we all still have the same blood running through our veins and to shoot someone is to kill a relation. He was very taken with that and then to listen to part of what seemed like that on the clip was very synchronous and timely. Thanks for your teaching that reaches far beyond the internet Erich... As long as there is an openness to ourselves and the universe we can fully be the evolved being we were always meant to be... SimplyBill

Also, I was struck by how serriouuussss and quiet everyone was. I mean, I want to go, "yippeee skippeee, doin' yoga at 9:15 on Thursday AM!! " ( Believe it or not, I was quiet, succumbing to peer pressure for a change Not my usual studio, so I maintained. ).
