In a skillet over med. hi heat:
Olive oil - couple of tbsp. or so
whole yellow onion (local organic) chopped
minced fresh ginger
minced fresh garlic
several fresh basil leaves, sliced (from the garden)
a couple of tomatoes, chopped (from the garden)
BIG handfuls of Swiss chard, stem removed & sliced (from the garden)
BIG handful of mung bean sprouts (sprouted at home)
splash or three of balsamic vinegar
