A few years ago I took a workshop with Tara Brach. She taught this meditation...it is so lovely, when she taught the class there were about 200 people in the room...the murmer, energy, sniffles, laughing....everything was so vibrant...and so loving.
So here is the deal.
The question is....Tell me what you love?
The person who asks the question is the receiver
(Tell me what you love?)
The person who answers the question is the giver
(I love....)
The receiver then says....Thank you....and again asks...Tell me what you love?
