Since it is occasionally referenced in threads in various parts of the forum, I thought I'd take the time to repost what I wrote, as I recorded it in a 'digital journal' ( just a Word document, actually.)
I had also, for some funny reason, decided to capture some of the comments and replies folks here at MIS made, and will try to include them in this attempted repost. Keep in mind that this means I'll be "using someone else's handle"-- but only in a copy-and-paste way, not as a user, just as a "recorder."
Their responses have not been altered in any way.

Suraj Karan Jindel is an 80 year old yogi who is visiting his son here for an extended stay, and is offering a two hour clinic and a six-week class... wow, right here in my own backyard.
Here is the link to the story:
Yoga For Life
... and the subtitle to this article is "It's given decades of healthy serenity to this Indian expert, but he worries that Americans are taking it too fast."

Grandstaff,
Suraj Karan is beautiful and his life is an awesome inspiration. His energy just jumps off at you right from the computer screen! If I could be in his "live" presence, I would be, for sure!
