It's beautiful when someone shares themselves good, bad, and ugly. A good night's sleep Jemila, a friend and former student who hosts the morning radio program on public radio. She's working hard these days to bring us the news. I know it is stressful.

The unquestioning labrador again. The sense of peace I have from contacting an old work colleague to put right our cross words. My family. My own self and its connection to everything else.

I had carpal tunnel and radial tunnel surgery yesterday on my right arm (my dominant arm). I am typing with 2 fingers with my left hand. not too bad, but it sure is slow. I realize, although this has come to me before, just how much I take for granted and how fortunate I am for my health, that I have the use of my limbs, that I can see and hear..... the basic things....so basic that it's hard to imagine 'life' without them. And then, to deeply admire those with certain handicaps that just do it, they adjust, they get by....wow. Peace to all. Pam
