Good morning lovely yogies . Here in France in the night ..Just saw the Tour de France boys pass by on the sea front. It's Iike watching a swarm of bees
come flying by.....1.2.3 then its all over and out... have a fantastic day

Oh, Sanna, I'm so envious! That must be amazing to see it whiz by like that. We are glued to the tv during every second of the Tour. It's a dream of
ours to go to France one day and see it in person. Go, Lance! He's now 3rd place in the general classification! Especially, go, Cavendish! He's rocking
it! It's shaping up to be a very exciting Tour!

I actually do not know the front of a bicycle from the back..but it was exciting seeing them all together for that brief moment..me...I spend my time myself watching Wimbledon on the television..but here they say Lance Armstrong is the favourite!! |

Hi Beckster!
NOT!!! Anyway, I "was" out before the massage this morning...tai chi class, followed by a trip to Wally World for a few items. The snorkeling the other day was awesome .....we had a moment of clarity in the midst of all these west winds, and got to see just loads and loads of fish, stone crabs, horse conchs, starfish, urchins, and even a sting ray. Dan and I went yesterday again...so fun. I'm just so interested in it all...each little organism has its own ways. There is a dead log out in our usual haunt - yesterday, there was seriously no more than a foot and a half of water around it. And yet, I found 4 different species of crabs on it and under it, some cool sea grasses attached to it, and two different types of tropical fish swimming around it - dusky damselfish and sergeant majors - besides all the pinfish and little minnow-y-type-guys. I hope you have a wonderful time in Colo. Spgs.. Dan and I were just reminiscing about our trip there 5 years ago.

ca is beautiful it's dark now but (even though i was in most of today resting) it's been great weather not too hot with nice amounts of sun and fog mixed with a cool breeze delightfully delightful we could use some rain i think we're way down here for over 3 years hugs and love

So many really lovely places - all
over that state. Have you ever been to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison? It is like a mini-Grand Canyon, but without the tourists. A huge plus!!! Enjoy your
aqua pack. (How could you not?)
