this one is a .wav file

Yes, I switched it to a .wav file
it seemed to load faster etc PC's use .wav files and Mac's use .aiff files but whatever, zzzzz like if I want to burn a CD on my Mac, it has to be an .aiff file but whatever, zzzz as long as these are playing and that you can slide them into iTunes, that's what I want thanks ronaji E |

i just listened to "sometimes you just know it's true." thank you for posting this erich. i believe you are well aware of how difficult this is
for me.... and hearing your perspective helps greatly.
"soften your defense" makes sense. i do believe by softening your defense, it DOES make the universe a happier place. (and i'm not saying that in some sort of "fluffy" way.) softening your defense makes the world as you know it, easier, and suddenly tolerable! and having this insight, creates huge amounts of energy.... and increases your motivation to keep doing it! if the universe is a scary place, it's only because we're making it that way. by softening and letting go of that internal struggle, you start to see that the world becomes a totally different place. we have a choice. thank you.

this morning in class i was talking about softening physically, and softening the breath.... and then that lead to non-physical softening, such as letting go
of expectations... ambition, etc... (my usual thing)... and THEN i found the words "soften your defense" coming out of my mouth
 before i even
knew what i was saying! i was actually a bit surprised... but it ended up being a great class. people were into it.
toward the end of class before we went into savasana, a woman made the comment, "so, yoga is really about acceptance." i was screaming with JOY inside and wanted to get up and do a happy dance! but i just smiled (hugely) and said "exactly." thank you erich. luv you.
