When I attempt to do this chair twist, I have to round and scrunch up my back in order to reach my elbow to the outside of the leg. Thus the twist feels very compacted, not spacious and free. Other kinds of twists don't feel this way and I wonder if it is my short arms. Or is it just my limited twisting ability.
What's your opinion and thoughts? If it is my short arms, I will just not ever do this pose with the hands in namaste since it feels so restricted. If its my twisting - that's something that might change over time.

and spiral/twist without the extra elbow to thigh contact
