I would like to know how long you hold your Asanas. I've read that it's sometimes recommended to hold them for 10 or 15 minutes!
Because I think I never hold them for even a minute. Exceptions: Savasana and meditation poses.
I know that I'm still a beginner and that I will be able to hold them for a longer extent of time when I'm more advanced in Yoga.
I'm curious to here about your yoga practice.
