Here's a really nice shoulder warmup I use a lot:
Sitting in a comfortable cross legged position with hands at your heart.
INHALE: lift the chest
EXHALE: keep chest lifted
INHALE AGAIN
EXHALE: clasp hands and press palms away from you, feeling the nice stretch across the upper back and shoulders
INHALE: hands back to the heart
EXHALE: clasp hands again and press palms away. (Can repeat these two a couple more times if it feels good)
NEXT INHALE: Reach arms up to sky, palms turned up, lift shoulder blades, look up to hands
EXHALE: release hands, turn palms out, press through the heel of each hand and bring arms back down to side
INHALE: reach hands behind back, clasp hands, press them away, squeeze shoulderblades together and look up
EXHALE: return hands to your heart.
Can repeat sequence.
