Here is a little something for you/your students to try......
If fighting fear or not trusting self to be able to do a posture such as the crow balance ,headstand or forearm balance............ask your self "can I?"....repeat over and over(out loud or in your head)....you will very quickly find yourself saying "I Can" go for it!!!!!....you CAN
still fighting the fear of handstand tho!!
