This much harder to write than to teach........
1.Place mat touching your friends mat....side by side.
2.Stand at the top of your mat....nice and close to your friend......turn face and smile.......turn back.
3.Move thro sun salutation A(adapt arm movment as not to hit friend)
4.Settle into down dog.
5.Step the inside foot(the one nearest your partner)forward between hands.
6.Come up to warrior 1 with your inside arm around your friends wasit and other arm up.Stay a while.
7.Turn and open into warrior 2....back to back with friend.Enjoy for a few breaths....you could hold hands if you like...
8.Try reverse warrior.
9.Move to extended side angle....fore arm on bent leg(or hand to floor),other arm extended over next to ear....lengthen thro your side....if possible join top
hand with friend.
10.Sweep both hands down to the long edge of your mat,square up the feet,straight legs....you should now be in a wid leg forward bend....looking at your friend
thro the legs.....smile......move closer....bums touch....hold hands,or arms and gently pull towards each other....bendy bods will be able to wrap their hands
around friends shoulders and even bump noses!!!
11.Relax,walk hands towards back end of mat,turn feet as you go....you should end up in a deep lunge facing the back of the mat.Have a nice lunge...or even the
splits.
12.Step back,come into down dog.
13.You are now ready to do the other side!!!
At the end of the second side you will be turning towards the front of the mat,step back to down dog...then jump or step forwrd to finish as in sunsalutation
a..........remember to adapt arm movments.....do not hit friend!!
