1.Sit in Dandasana and wiggle your piggies.
2.Fold forward into paschimottanasana.Enjoy and breathe-hold your piggies if you can easily reach.
3.Sit up and fold right leg in -Janusirasana A. Folding forward over left leg.
4.Sit up and open straight leg and bent leg away from each other, move into a lovely side stretch....right arm up and over towards the left side,left arm can be used on the inside of left leg to help keep the chest open.
5.Sit up and fold the straight leg in,bringing the let foot on top of the right into a crossed foot version of Baddha konasana.
6.Place the fingers of right hand between the toes of the left foot.Spread the toes,circle them around....give them a nice massage....remove fingers from between toes and wiggle each toe in turn....this little piggy went to market,this little piggy got a yoga mat,this little piggy got prana pants......etc......
7.Place soles of feet together into baddha konasana....see if you can interlace your left toes with your right toes......looks a little freaky .
8.Release legs and start again on other side....folding left leg in....
9.At the end of the flow stay in baddha konasana and look at your toes.....
Can you move just the big toes away from each other,keeping the others together?
Can you keep the big toes pressed together and move the others away?
How few toes can you move at one time?
While you have been concentrating on your toes....have your hips relaxed...have the knees moved closer to the floor?
If your toes are very tight and it is difficult to get your fingers between....try it in a hot bath with soapy fingers.
If you are wearing shoes or boots for most of the day try to give your toes and feet a regular massage and wiggle....get some movement and life into them.
