Yes, there are times when laughter is inapporpriate so thank you for yet another way to get the "shift" to happen. Now if I can just get the "pause" needed beforehand to happen a little sooner, I mean usually I beat myself (or others) pretty good before I ever think to pause. So much fun to share with my wonderful monday morning class. One of the extra good bits about this particular mantra is, so far anyway, it makes me smile, which I probably am NOT doing if I'm letting my mind hamster run around on its wheel about some silly thing. It also makes me so thankful for the internet...as opposed to the INTERNET OF MIND...which maybe I could have used to get this info but I'm not that good yet! Even though I don't live anywhere near enough to go to class in California...I still get to hear these gems. Too cool. Thanks E!

"realizing you are the supreme all along and so is everybody else. they're not what you think they are. they're not what you're judging them to be let 'em off the hook. let yourself off the hook." this feels SCARY. if i let them off the hook - if i let myself off the hook - they'll drop - we'll all drop - and what will happen? i don't know what that looks like. but i see - how crazy-making and exhausting to think i could hold up myself or anyone else on a hook. this will take daring. and attention. thank you , thank you, erichji. becky
