It's cool how a shift in perspective shifts energy. Like how pop songs, and everything else, take on new meaning when interpreted in terms of addressing

You're welcome, Sanna. I really like that meditative film too.
I prefer silence during practices. No music. Some things require me to make a bit of noise, though. How about you? Do you sometimes practice in silence? I like the story of this music and film: Afro Celt Sound System - Persistence of Memory

I midetere much at silence, of course. And doing some yoga in silence .but love music and use it alot in yoga too. originaly -It was why I tried to do this topic because I thought it would be fun to share some of the music people spent in their free form practice |

I encourage anyone and everyone to see Ravi Shankar in concert ~ I have just had an unexpected treat!
I have been attracted to Ravi Shankar's music for a long time and was thrilled to see him in person. It was a wonderful enchanting evening, last night at the Santa Barbara's Arlington Theatre. His music is spell binding and uplifting on all levels. |
