1.Stand on right foot.At top of your mat.Come into Eagle.Stay for a least 5 breaths.
2.Unfurl yourself into Warrior 3...but with arms wide like wings....flying eagle....a few breaths here.(add any fancy arm movements as you transition)
3.Step lifted leg back into Warrior1...adjust feet as necessary...stay 5 breaths.
4.Open to warrior 2.(more fancy arm swishy stuff if you like or strong arms moving arms as if pulling a bow and arrow as you move legs,feet hips)Breathe here....strong warrior.
5.Switch feet so you are in Warrior 2 on the left!!
Now move thru the flow in reverse....you should finish in Eagle standing on your left foot.At the bottom/back of your mat.
You are now ready to repeat the flow starting on your left!........then backwards on the right......
you should finish at the top of your mat in Eagle on your right foot.
Stop and rest........
Now we add some more....
Start at 1.on the right and flow thu to step 5......time to add a few more asanas......
6.Extended side angle (fore arm on thigh or hand on floor) 5 breaths here.
7.Lift up thru Warrior 2 and come into Reverse Warrior.breathe.(more fancy swishy arms)
8.Lift up to Warrior 2....straighten legs,square up feet and fold into a nice wide legged forward bend.breathe some more...have a wiggle...
9.Lift up to standing change feet to come to Reverse Warrior on the left.....flow in reverse all the way back to Eagle on the left side!
Now you are ready to start again going forwards on the left and backwards on the right!!
Finish in Eagle on the right side............
now probably time to sit down and rest!!!!!
