Yes, that was lovely.
 How have i missed this little gem before???
We can meditate at any time of the day, but morning is best not to miss! ...and I love Erich's reasoning why. "Meditation is like tuning your instrument, and it is always best to tune the instrument before the concert!" Indeed~!

I knew that I would have liked it up there tooo...sometimes I wish/imagine/intend that I would enjoy being in class with you everyday..at least for a year or
so...
Erich, yOur expression of yoga, grows on me....everyday little by little, I do yoga, see yoga, think yoga, feel yoga, tune into yoga all day, everyday..it is getting easier to just be inside of this skin...because I have learned and practiced tuning my instrument more and more often.. Lovely centre, lovely peeps! give us this day our daily yoga....yeah! Like to look at the attention to yoga through your eyes which opens so many other eyes. Blessinngs for more yoga more often.
