I was thinking about this last week, and got waylaid. Nothing new there.... Anyway, I was thinking it might be fun to have a topic where the contributors wrote about something in their day that gave them a nice zap, jolt, hit, a-ha, whatever.... that day, I remember it was a piece of music I was listening to, but I'll be darned if I can remember what that piece was today. AHAHAHA! Oh well....it's not about yesterday or the day before or whatever...it's about today. Is there something today that especially made you feel all tingly and happy with alive-ness?

We got a big rainstorm and when I looked up at the sky the rain clouds were really low and layered. Part of it was deep gray, almost black and the rest was different levels and densities of clouds all different shades of yellow and blue gray. It was beautiful. Susan

Ma, my brother was talking about these last night, ands then we saw that they were being sold in Boca Grande, so we went and checked them out. They're for EVERYTHING! Love 'em. They're helping a lot with my balance, when I practice in the yoga room first thing in the mornings. I am exceedingly flat-footed, and tore ligaments in my left foot 17 years ago. Ordinarily, that foot wiggles like a wind-up toy whenever I try to balance. Lovely locale, Karen! My zap today involved admitting a foible, talking it over, and then making amends. It is such a feeling of freedom to let go and start over fresh. Ahhhh....
