At the end of clas......
Sitting in a circle,Place left hand palm up on knee and place right hand palm down on next persons left....setting up an energy circle.
Close eyes and visualize in your heart....some love,friendliness,warmth,compassion,understanding etc...etc....
Visualize each one as a coloured light,filling your chest.

Then as you breathe out...send a piece of thet light down your right arm into the hand of the next person...as you breathe in draw that light up your left arm into your heart to mix with your own light...keep going for at least as many breaths as people in the group....so that everone gets a little of everyones light.


And just for fun....Belly Ladder..
one person lies on back on floor,next lies with her head on the first belly,next her head on 2s belly etc....forming a long chain/ladder.
Feel the breathing....your head moving up and down and the weight of the head on your belly.
Then we make the sound HA!!!....Person 1 starts saying HA just once....2nd person HA,HA...3rd person HA,HA,HA,...etc........have fun !!!!
