I starting teaching a new group for 10 weeks last week and had a question.
The class is a Restorative Class and I have limited props. Chairs, bands, and sometimes I have people bring their own blankets and pillows during the session. This session I have a young girl (20+) with a knee issue (healing ACL), and others with back issues, hip issues, etc.
Can anyone shed light on their approach to Restorative Yoga and whether or not to do Sun Salutations? I normally teach a modified salutation after we come from the floor to warm the body, but am hesistant now because of knee issues, etc.
Thoughts or suggestions welcomed.
