Passing score lowered for FCAT Writing exam

3. Make sure each teacher has an assistant.
4. Create more positions for school administrators.
5. Rather than identify 17 and 18 year-old students as children, keep them in school until they are 21 and call them children.
6. Immediately flood the schools with councilors to deal with the wide-spread blow to self-esteem this test is sure to have caused.
7. Make sure all kids have text-capable cell phones so they can continue to practice writing short-hand gibberish during their formative years.
